We make every effort to ensure the health security of our team as well as our customers:
– The entrance to the establishment is made by people occupying the same room and wearing a mask (maximum 5 people for the family room for example), please wait until you open the door to enter. An outside bell is at your disposal.
– Please advise of the time of your arrival and departure.
– Hydroalcoholic gel will be available at the reception desk.
– Wearing a mask in common areas (corridors, elevator, reception …)
– Plexiglass protection was installed at the reception.
– The room keys will be given to you and taken with a disinfectant wipe.
– Rooms are disinfected with alcohol and white vinegar (bathroom, tables, night tables, door or window handles, welcome tray …)
– A natural disinfectant with essential oils is sprayed in each room.
– We ask you to leave the windows open in your room when you leave.
– The common areas (elevator buttons in the cabin and on the floors, banister …) are disinfected at least twice a day.
– The breakfast service will be done exclusively in a contactless room. The order can be placed at the reception upon arrival or at any other time of the day.
– The bar will be unavailable, only room consumption will be possible.
